Returns & Exchanges

At Vyne, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your selection isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your tracking records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
